Heidi Warren - President
Heidi attended college at UW-Stout for Marketing & Business Education and is teaching at Chippewa Falls Senior High. She currently teaches various courses in marketing and retail, and advises a DECA program with a thriving School Based Enterprise. She lives in Eau Claire with her husband and two chocolate labs. She enjoys camping, hunting, and growing her flower and vegetable gardens.

Maggie Biermeier, Past-President
Maggie is a Marketing and Business teacher at Waunakee Community High School, where she serves as Co-DECA advisor and Co-Future Educators Club advisor. While she teaches a variety of courses, her favorites are Sports and Entertainment Marketing and Dollars and Sense. Maggie is passionate about WMEA and the resources that the organization provides to its members, especially when there are opportunities to connect with current students at UW-Stout who are in the MBE program that she graduated from. She lives outside of Madison with her husband and two sweet pups. She enjoys a great audiobook and anything related to reality TV. |
Traci Grinker - President Elect
Traci graduated from the Medford Area Senior High. Post high school, she attended UW--Stout and earned a degree in Marketing and Business Education. Her teaching journey included Menomonie High School, Altoona High School, Colby School District and she has taught within the Medford School District for the last ten years. At the Medford Area Senior High school, Traci serves as a Marketing/Business Teacher and as well as the advisor of the DECA/FBLA club, manages the school-based enterprise, and is the Graduation Adviser. In 2021, she earned a master's degree, also from UW-Stout, in Career and Technical Education. Traci lives in Dorchester with her husband Morgan, son Asher, daughter Vaida, and youngest son Everett along with their new pup, Scout. She enjoys spending time watching her kids in activities and sports and spending time with family and friends.

Mischell Fryar, Treasurer
Mischell is a graduate of Rhinelander High School. She attended Nicolet College graduating with an Associate Degree in Admin. Asst., Info. Processing. After working for a few year’s Mischell continued her education at UW-Eau Claire graduating with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. Immediately upon graduating she enrolled in Marketing/Business Education at UW-Stout. Mischell started her teaching career at Medford Area Senior High and was a marketing teacher there for three years. Traveling West on Highway 29 took Mischell to Eau Claire Memorial where she taught marketing for nine years. While living in Eau Claire she earned her Master’s Degree in CTE from UW-Stout. For the last 11 years Mischell has been teaching in her hometown of Rhinelander where she teaches business/IT/marketing courses, is the FBLA/DECA adviser, the yearbook adviser, and runs the school store.

Marissa Huff, Secretary
Marissa Huff has been a marketing, business, and IT teacher at Wilmot Union High School since 2016. She attended UW-Stout and is a proud DECA Advisor. She also serves on the Wisconsin DECA Board and has helped coordinate presenters and speakers for the BEcoME IT Conference. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her husband Phil and together they have visited over 20 states on their Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
